Seen Them? Three Fugitives Sought For Separate Newark Killings

Authorities are seeking three men each wanted in a separate Essex County homicide.

Warrants have been issued for the arrests of the three men, believed to have fled from New Jersey, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, and Newark Public Safety Director Anthony F. Ambrose said.

The assailants are:

Gionathan Prevedoros, 34, of Newark: Wanted for murder in the killing of Victorino Garcia, 36, of Newark.  Garcia was fatally stabbed Aug. 2, 2020 on Taylor Street in Newark.

Raymond Ruiz, 19, is wanted for murder in the Aug. 21, 2020 killing of Milan Madison, 28, Hyattsville, Maryland. Madison was fatally shot on Highland Avenue.

Deandre Moore, 22, is wanted for murder in the killing of Aaron King, 28, of Newark. He died of gunshot wounds sustained on Dec. 8, 2020 on South Orange Avenue.

These are accusations. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until they enter a guilty plea or are found guilty beyond a reasonable double in a court of law.
